Mendes beat her out in that match. She won the Divas Champion in February's Elimination Chamber, where she defeated AJ Lee. In the same week she faced a rematch against Lee but was not able to keep her title. Ariana later took on Lee as well, and took home her prize at the Vickie Guerrero Divas Championship Invitational. She was with Naomi Natalya Eva Marie Rosa Mendes, Summer Rae and Summer Rae in July 2014 for a match against Nikki Bella against an uninvolved six-on-one match. She only showed up in the event of an assault by Nikki as well as Naomi. In the Battleground pre-show, she was paired with Naomi. Ariana beat Naomi during the contest.
